Organisations Preparing Sustainability Reports
Organisations should prepare their BRSR and other sustainability reports in accordance with recognised sustainability reporting standards mentioned by law.

Entities preparing BRSR voluntarily even though SEBI's market-capitalization rules do not mandate it.

Voluntary Disclosure: Entities that prepare BRSR reports voluntarily, even though they are not mandated to do so under SEBI's compliance rule for the listed companies as per market capitalization.
Submission Guidelines
Important rules to ensure your nomination is accepted.
Online Nomination
Complete the online Nomination Form and submit all requisite enclosures on or before November 15, 2026.
Required Reports
The BRSR is mandatory. Also enclose the Annual or Integrated Report, Sustainability or ESG Report, and Chairman's AGM Statement wherever applicable.
No Participation Fee
There is no participation fee. The last date for submitting the nomination form is November 15, 2026.

Yes, you can save your progress and return before final submission.
The Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) is mandatory. The Annual or Integrated Report, Sustainability or ESG Report, and Chairman's Statement or AGM Speech should also be submitted wherever applicable.
Entities that prepare BRSR reports voluntarily may apply under Voluntary Disclosures, even when SEBI's market-capitalization rules do not mandate them to prepare BRSR.
No, participating in the ICAI Sustainability Awards is completely free of charge.
